CGC Prep (6-week course begins)

This 6 week CGC prep class will help you prepare your dog to take the AKC CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Test. This class is great for dogs of any age who struggle with impulse control. Prepare your dog to get the CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certification by focusing on:

• Accepting Friendly Strangers
• Sitting Politely
• Grooming Handling
• Loose Leash Walking
• Walking Through a Crowd
• Sit/Down/Stay
• Recall
• Reaction to Another Dog
• Reaction to Distractions
• Supervised Separation

This class is also a great way to strengthen the bond between you and your dog, give you a fun accomplishment to brag about, and teach your dog to control their impulses.

IMPORTANT:

• Basic Obedience class is a required pre-requisite (unless approved by management).
• Class is limited to 8 dogs
• All dogs must have age appropriate vaccinations to participate.
• Classes will meet for 1 hour each week for 6 weeks.
• The class fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and there are no make-up classes.
• All evaluation fees are included in the cost of the class.
