Before your dog's first school day or boarding stay, we meet them — in person. This lets us build the right plan from the moment they walk in.

We meet your dog
We assess their temperament, energy level, triggers, and social tendencies. This tells us which playgroup they belong in and which handler to pair them with on day one.

You meet with a senior LECA trainer
You'll sit down with a LECA professional and talk through your goals — what you're seeing at home, what you've tried, and what you want to see change. No pitch, just listening.

You tour the facility
See the playgroups in action, walk through the suites, and get a feel for how a school day actually runs. You'll leave knowing exactly where your dog will be and what they'll be doing.

We build a plan together
Before you leave, we'll discuss a tentative training plan and the exact next steps. No surprises.
